Help! 4m old rolled off the sofa

Does anyone know what I need to do or look out for?

Stood up to pick something up off the floor in front of me and as soon as I did my lo rolled off the sofa and landed straight onto his back on the floor 😞 it’s laminate flooring so no soft landing.. he cried but as soon as I picked him up he stopped! Is he fine?

There’s no bumps or anything and luckily our sofa is very low. I feel so awful

Just keep him awake for a while and if you notice any change of behaviour or cries longer than usual go straight to a&e but most importantly go with your instincts

Thank you! This was at half 7 and he’s been completely normal and yawn last 10 minutes as now is his nap time so I’ve put him down as usual but will keep an eye of course xx

Oh no! Your baby week by week says that they should be ok if the fall is less than 2 ft, landed on a soft surface and they stopped crying within 10 mins. Obviously, keep an eye out and if anything is of concern it's best to have someone look them over
