Chicken pox or something else?

Just returned from Spain and daughter has this rash on legs, bottom and a couple of pimples on her toes. Started yesterday morning so I thought we’d see the blisters by now but nothing. No temp that we’ve noticed, no itching, eating and drinking as normal. Should I call a doctor?

Are they all over her? Is she quite hot? My little boy gets a heat rash very similar to this when he is too hot for long periods I.e hot when he sleeps, hot weather.

No, just her knees, bottom. It’s so odd.
