Possibly pregnant again 2 months after giving birth
Gave birth middle of May, I already have an almost 2 year old so 2 under 2
I had my period like normal the first month after I gave birth, I’m 8 days late on my period this month but I know they can be a bit erratic just after giving birth
I took two pregnancy tests about 3 days after I was late and they both came back negative so I though maybe this one is just taking longer but I’ve been feeling super sick and tired for the last week and because I still haven’t had my period I took another test
There’s a very faint second line that looks sort of broken part way up but it does look like a full but again very faint line so now I’m absolutely terrified I’m pregnant again as that would mean 3 under 3 and my body cannot handle the stress of another pregnancy this soon as I get severe PGP but I also cannot get an abortion
I’m so stressed and I’m going to wait a couple of days before taking another test but we wanted to wait at least two years before having another and were still 50/50 on even having a third as we have two boys but wanted to try for a girl
Has anyone been in a similar position or thought they were pregnant but then it turn out to be a false positive or an evap line?

Hiii, any update?
took another test and had another faint positive, getting real bad nausea and feeling super tired so I’ve booked a GP appointment for tomorrow to see if they can confirm a pregnancy and then I’ll have to discuss my options as I don’t know whether they’ll advise me to discontinue the pregnancy due to my health and it being so soon after giving birth
I also don’t know whether I might be having an ectopic or chemical pregnancy or even a miscarriage as the line seems to have gotten even fainter not stronger as happened in my previous pregnancies
