Please help
So me and my daughter shared an orange flavoured capri sun I had most of it she maybe had just under a third. She began getting upset about 5 mins later. I presumed it was because she was tired. She then came up in a rash but it didn’t look like hives though. She then threw up twice and 5-10 mins later rash was gone and no more sickness, she hasn’t eaten dinner, didn’t want milk. And has fallen asleep on me. Is this a possible reaction I will include a pictures

A possible reaction to something it migjt not even be orange capri sun, id ring 111 just to be safe especially if she isnt eating or drinking milk
i was allergic to orange as a child, apparently it's really common! i'd call the doctor just to touch base x
She hasn’t had anything new today other than the drink, we also noticed it about a week or so back on her arms but she was upset and we put it down to that as she gets rashy on her face when she cries. So thinking maybe she does have an intolerance to something and it’s only coming out now. We don’t really have oranges at home but I know she has them at nursery. She had been asleep on me but she has just woken up and finished her bottle before going back to sleep. I guess we will keep an eye on her and let nursery know too, and touch base with a dr next week if not before. Thank you !
