While I was driving during a 2 hour drive (as I get nauseous if I don't drive), I started to feel a bit dizzy when I would turn my head and such. I was able to drive the rest of the way home, but the dizziness is still present. I don't feel like I'm gonna pass out; I just don't feel like moving my head very much. Can anyone else relate? Could it be dehydration/lack of healthy food?

Cool be BP being low or sugar low or dehydration. I also have something called BPPV (type of vertigo) which has to do with crystals in inner ear. I’ve had that before I was pregnant. If it’s just when turning your head it could be that BPPV. There are head maneuvers that can help but I would suggest having a Dr do it for the first time
