2 year a nightmare when having hair done.

Has anyone got any tips on how to prevent world war 3 when trying to do my daughter’s hair. She never lets us brush her hair or tie it up, it literally takes 2 of us to sort her hair out, her dad literally has to hold and pin her down and she will scream bloody murder and will throw her head back and forth to prevent us from touching her hair. I’ve tried everything to distract her. It’s so stressful to deal with so most of the time I don’t bother doing her hair but its getting so long and constantly hanging down her face and she will be starting nursery in September, do I just cut it all off 🤷🏼‍♀️ like seriously what can I do I’m at my wits end.

Tv has been the only thing that works for us. 4 year old will scream and cry if I try to do her hair. But stick her in front of paw patrol and she’ll stay still.
That or letting her sit in front of the mirror so she can see exactly what’s happening, choosing her own hair ties and holding them till we’re ready.
