tired but cant sleep

I woke up to pee an hour ago and can’t fall back asleep 🙃 although I have been stressed and also had a nightmare 😕

yes i spend all night tossing and turning and then i get hot too. i spend all night scrolling on tik tok because i cant sleep so might as well be entertained
