Cramping/contractions

Just hit 30 weeks (with twins). Been having braxton hicks contractions as well as period like cramps that are painful. They have been more and more frequent with each week and each day but no patterns....just throughout each day. Is anyone else experiencing these? I have 8 more weeks to go (38 weeks for twins) but I'm worried because they are becoming so frequent that it's an indication I'll go into labor sooner than later.

I got it happening two and tightening of my belly but I'm only 29 weeks I am worried too so I am bringing it up to my ob got an appointment Monday

Completely normal I’m 28 weeks and my dr says it’s from baby growing. I freaked out too lol

Ok...Def not concerned about the braxton hicks...but the period cramps have been intense and take like 5 min to go away...I only get them a few times a day but when they come my mind goes to the worst case scenario lol
