What is the best bank account for a 16month old please? We did have one that my dear MIL set up, but unfortunately she passed so the account has been closed down.

Monzo or natwest. If looking for a usable ISA then definately monzo x
I set up an NS&I for my son, means people can get him premium bonds for birthdays/Christmas and that money doesn’t get taxed
