Haemorrhoids/piles in pregnancy/labour

I’d really like to hear other women’s experience, if you’ve had Haemorrhoids/piles during pregnancy… this is my 2nd pregnancy and unfortunately I’ve been one of the unlucky ones who has got them AGAIN this time round (although they never actually went away) they’ve just got worse within the last few days 😩 I’m literally 40+1 and they now are swollen to the point where they hurt. I’m so scared for labour this time round because they feel so sore and like they are going to burst! Did anyone go through labour and not actually do too much more damage to them? I really don’t want a c section but part of me wants to weigh out the pros and cons.

Following. I have the same issue! I've been using creams and all sorts but what works the best is actually just an ice cube for the inflammation. Such a literal pain in the ass 😅

mine are external (though I probably have internal ones as well) but the external ones are the worse x

so mine are external 😞 currently been using Germoloids, witch hazel and just an ice cold compress for a few days, but not helped 😫

I found cold compress helps, cream, nice shower keep the area clean and cotton underwear during the day and let the area breath at night if you can
