pain after/during sex
i’m 11 months pp, im a single mum so haven’t had much sex in 9 months but recently sex has been excruciating after the first 5 or so. i’ve tried speaking to my doctor but she won’t do anything until i’ve had an std test. i understand that but i got tested months ago and haven’t had sex since 🤦🏼♀️
any advice? happened to anyone else?

Yes. Hormones can change a lot down there. I can barely put a tampon in.
Yeah I had vaginismus before and it was basically cured in physiotherapy (or improved by a ton) and since the c section it came back v strong ans the pain in another place. Look up dilators and how to use them ❤️❤️❤️
