Growth scan

Hey! I'm the same. 32 + 2 and measuring 99.8th centile, apparently 5lbs2oz. I'm kind of scared.. but also I know it'll be ok. I'm having growth scans and another gestational diabetes test. Just means we get to see our babies more! 🥰 xx

I’ve had my GD test over a week ago and not had a result so presumed negative. The tech in the scan today wasn’t overly friendly so didn’t really get to see baby other than for a few seconds at the beginning 😔

Had my scan at 32 and 3 and baby was 4lbs 9oz and no one seems bothered by that they just said he's on track and he's a healthy baby. He grew 1.4lbs in 2 weeks, my GD test also came back negative. Don't stress it's normal if no one has said otherwise then there not worried about it xx

Probably a stupid question how do you know how much baby weighs is it from an ultrasound?

yeah. It’s an estimated weight based on measurements from an ultrasound
