Folic acid

We are planning on our 2nd baby and I was wondering if anyone fell pregnant without taking folic acid for the 3 months as I was told you have to take folic acid for at least 3 months prior to trying for a baby. Thank you ☺️

I think you’re supposed to to support baby’s growth but the important bit is the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. I didn’t and both of us are okay at the moment.
