Fever and headache
I’m two weeks postpartum and having headache and going really hot and cold for around two days.
Had two paracetamol 2 hours ago and still feel very unwell.
Is this just a bug or is it postpartum related?

I think up to 28 days you're under the midwife, so you could call triage and ask advice. I had mastitis from breastfeeding and had a fever and headache but also sore breast.
