Feeding in public

You should feel free to feed them where and when you like. It is illegal for people to tell you not to and of course your baby needs it.
I bought some breastfeeding vests which I can wear under t-shirts, meaning only very little skin is out.

I have a couple of nursing tops, but in general I just whip a boob out if my little one needs feeding 🙈

I also have big floppy boobs, it that helps you, as they are slightly harder to hide or have in one place 😂 I have only ever had nice comments thanking me for breastfeeding in public and saying that they think its great!

My little one is a week and half- I walked home from Tesco carrying him whilst feeding and walking home!

What do you all do with the ‘Let down’ from the other boob in public? At home I’ll catch it in a manual pump and use in a bottle during the night to help him feel fuller and settle but in public I can whack out both and attach a manual pump to my other boob imagine the look 🤣 xx

I've got a muslin breastfeeding cover that ties around my neck and just make sure any outfit it's easy to get a boob out x

I have a haakaa but I have the normal pump one I might look at that one for when out and about and it’s much smaller and discreet. Ahh cool back with ice packs sounds good. I’ve avoided feeding in public at the moment cos when I did the other day after the midwife appointment I ended up soaking cos by the time I attached the pump and baby it was to late milk was flowing everywhere 🤣 so now I take a bottle of expressed milk with us if we go out then if we’re longer and I need to feed then I’ll have to deal with when it arises 🙈 xxx
