Urgent advice needed prohibited steps order

So my ex is put in a second steps order claimants be my daughter’s father when he is not he was fully aware I got pregnant before I met him anyway he’s delusional. I have a normalisation order and my daughter lives in Turkey. He is aware of this he has put in a prayer steps order today and they had a hearing without giving me notice today, not on the bus has not had a DNA test through the courts and has no parental responsibilityP but on the steps order it says my name and then must not remove the child from United Kingdom even though I am the only one named on her birth certificate with parental responsibility. I am due to go on holiday to see my husband being my daughter’s father on 15th of August and do not know what to do as I was not aware that he could legally stop me from leaving the country as I am the only of parental responsibility. I’m the only one on my daughter birth certificate and she lives with me any advice and I reading the letter wrong if you’ve been through this before please message me and I can discuss it with you. I’ve linked photos of the letter. my heart is broken he’s been dragging me through court for months knowing for while he’s not my daughter’s father and then he was truly caught application before the DNA test was due to be done and then said it wasn’t him that did it he is crazy and just wanted to end, because I’ve been victim of domestic abuse from coercive control and constant threats of harassment but I’m confused as it states on the letter that this does not stop me from taking the child out of the country for up to a period of one month but then also says in the order that I cannot take her out of the country if I have an order that says I cannot maybe I’m reading this letter wrong can somebody please help me as I can’t even focus right
