Baby inconsolable..don’t know how to help her

My baby for the past few nights has been inconsolable. I’ve crossed off the basic needs like nappy change, cuddles, wind.
She’s breastfed so all else fails I’ll put her on and she settles but as soon as she falls asleep and comes off herself she’s awake again.
I think I’ve latched her every hour today and she’s still hand sucking.
I did think maybe she’s teething but unsure if that’s the cause as she was born 6 weeks early so although she’s 15 weeks old she’s only actually 9 weeks old. I did look in her mouth and her top front gums have 2 swollen lumps.
I’ve given calpol and offered teethers which she’s not interested in she tries to suck it and then cries.
I haven’t used any teething gels as they all say to start using from 3 to 6 months.
Please help 😖

That's so hard 😕You could make breastmilk popsicles in the freezer?

Hey, my LO was 5 weeks early but were told by health professionals we can use medication at her birth age so in that case you can use teething gels. Xx
