Cold sore
Hi everyone. I’ve currently got a cold sore and I’m so scared of giving it to my little one. I’m using the creams to try get rid of it quicker and washing my hands every time I touch it.
Have any of yous got any advice on what more I can do? 😫

I always use compeed it covers it up it's a clear patch that you put on it that also makes it go away faster I used to have them all the time and always buy these now and they would be great just incase baby should touch your face too x
My partner had a cold sore when my baby was in the NICU and never passed it onto my baby.
Just make sure you don’t do the obvious and kiss baby, or let baby touch your face and as you said keep up with hand washing and baby will be fine xx
