Oh yes a mobile person should be fine! You can get mobile beauticians that do massages and manicures etc 👍🏻

This may not be the girly retreat you have in mind, but do you have husbands/partners/ family memberswho could come with you and look after the babies while you have some YOU time, then you pop out every couple of hours to feed them? If you could make it an overnight thing they would have a hotel room to go back to 😁
