Failed cycle

Hi everyone, I am 38 years old, low AMH 0.2 and went through private IVF in Lister Hospital. Unfortunately, for both my cycles after strong dosage of meds and testosterone gel priming nothing worked. Everytime I go for a scan, there are no follicles and it seems I am not responding to medications at all. I have done acupuncture, taking all supplements such as COQ10, Vitamin D , Vitamin E, Omega, Zita West. I have asked the doctor to try for IUI but refused as my follicles don’t get stimulated. The doctor said to try naturally and hope for a miracle. I am really devastated emotionally and don’t know how to progress from here . Looking for hope, positive stories!
