Carobel was a life saver for us, my daughter used to projectile vom pretty much all her milk! She got much better from about 5 months onwards and then from about 6 months she was rarely sick! Just gotta power through with lots of muslins and clothes changes 😂

I really feel for you! My baby had really severe reflux to the point he was struggling to gain weight. He was born on 50th centile and dropped down to the 9th centile because of his reflux. He’s now almost 7 months old and my god the reflux is so much better. He’s also now back to the 50th centile and thriving! It was so hard but I promise you it does just get better with time as they get bigger and everything develops more. I just accepted that for months I would be covered in sick and stopped wearing anything nice and became best friends with the washing machine. I also didn’t let it stop me taking him out and about, people are really understanding when it’s babies. He’s thrown up at every baby class etc that I’ve taken him to. Hang in there you’re doing great and it will get better 🙌🏻

Thank you so so much to you both, makes me want to cry reading this. The hard days are so hard but holding onto the fact it will improve and yes my washing machine is probably in shock haha x

My LG had reflux and it was AWFUL 😵💫 having a baby with reflux is such hard work and heartbreaking to watch them struggle. We ended up having omeprazole prescribed, which she took until around 7m ish, and it changed our lives. It was like having a completely different child. Please don’t lose hope, it will get better and if you’re happy to, you can get something to help. It doesn’t last forever and it is really hard, so please keep talking to people if you’re struggling xx

Oh yes my girl was a “happy spitter” too. It’s good to know that they’re not in any danger of being unhealthy but my god it was hard to live with. I can still remember the smell. A bib on every outfit, 5 more in the diaper bag. You’ll get through it! It’s just a part of her little journey and soon those days will be behind you.

Thank you so much everyone, so reassuring to read. So sorry you and all of your babies also had to go through this xxx
