Sleepwear

Is wearing a babygrow, sleepsuit & a 2.5 tog sleeping bag too much for my baby when its 19°C in the room?

Thanks

So for 17-21 degrees would you not put a vest on under their sleepsuit? Aw man might need to change her

I use the guideline from either pampers or the lullaby trust.
However I also think you need to start understanding baby.
My daughter takes after her dad and is a right sweaty betty haha! So she is currently in a 1 tog, with vest and baby grow on just as she gets too warm.

A cooler baby is better than a hot baby🩷

I go by his temperature at his chest and back and by how I feel often guides say put them in a vest but then his arms will be cold ect

I used to use the charts and still do sometimes refer to them, but like above you start to know your baby. Our room is between 22 and 23 degrees at the minute and we’re still using a 2.5 tog sleeping bag and a long sleeve vest as our LO seems to feel the cold a bit more as any less she’s very cold in the night x
