My baby turns 6 months next week, so the weaning begins. I’m not too sure where to start. Any tips, tricks or advice welcome 🙌🏼

Agree with Neesha dont over think.
Start with iron rich vegetables.
Ellas kitchen have weekly weaning guides you can download if you want to take the guesswork out of it 😊

How to Wean Your Baby by Charlotte Stirling-Reed is a great book which steps you through the first few weeks with recipes for afterwards. It suggests a combination of purees and BLW. You may be able to find a copy on FB marketplace or similar.

Start with veg, then fruit then expand ☺️ just make sure to introduce allergens one at a time so if there is a reaction you know which one it’s to
