Lupus (SLE)

Any new moms facing a recent diagnosis postpartum or previously diagnosed with SLE? Following the birth of my daughter I had a handful of medical issues going on, and with getting an outsourced opinion, my issues and bloodwork were diagnosed as SLE. I’m still trying to navigate it all and trying to not feel like a failure to my daughter because of my body, in a way, failing me. Any support or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have lupus aswell which is frustrating that I can’t hold my baby as long as I would like. You don’t have to feel like a failure, sometimes I just like to take a break if I get very sore or fatigue ( I will mostly put my baby down and do floor activities to still interact with him on my really bad days)
