At my 12 week appointment they weren’t able to hear the heart tones with the Doppler but was able to see the heart beating with bed side ultrasound..

No don’t be worried. I’d trust the ultrasound machine more than the Doppler.

No I wouldn’t worry about that, hearing with the doppler at 12w is really uncommon. My midwives wouldn’t listen in to mine until 14w and even then they said they may not be able to hear due to it being so early. Community midwives in my area aren’t allowed to listen in until 25w now bc the doppler may not pick anything up and it causes unnecessary stress. Baby’s heart was seen in ultrasound, I feel like that’s a lot more reliable xx
