Carpal tunnel

Hello, I posted about this yesterday! I’ve been suffering too and also throughout the day! I read on the NHS Website that there’s a few exercises and hand support you can wear.

I have this too, had it for around 3-4 weeks now. Feels like I’ve sprained it or something but I had no injury! I’m actually worried that I will struggle to pick my baby up if it continues before he’s born it hurts so bad x

I had it really badly when breast feeding my first. Apparently it has to do with the increase in liquid in your body. I went to see a physio which helped and they recommended support braces to wear at night

Mine only started once baby was born and stopped after I stopped breastfeeding unfortunately but the physio did help manage it

I've had this since 17 weeks and it was so sore, then as the pregnancy progressed it felt a bit better but it started hurting again towards the end of 35 weeks and it's very annoying 😭 I was told it will go away as soon as baby is born so hopefully it will 🩷 hope everyone feels better soon!

I haven't had it this time but I did with my first. Literally as soon as she was born it went away!!

I’ve had the same problem. I had my daughter on the 12th and so far it has gotten a lil better plus I wear compression gloves

I had it badly with my previous pregnancy and it went away immediately. It's been better with this one; I wear a compression wrist thing from to sleep and sometimes at my keyboard, and that helps a lot, plus wrist stretches.
