What does everyone do about this for their babies?
For reference my baby will be between 5 and 6 months when we go away in September and October (time differences of 2 and 3 hours to UK).
However we are due to go away at Christmas where my baby will be 9 months old and we have time differences of 7-9 hours as are travelling.

oh dear thank you for that! Thankfully we aren’t travelling all the way to Australia and just going half way to Asia but still have the time difference to battle. Our initial plan was Oz and NZ but we decided to shelve that in favour of the slightly shorter flight time and not having to connect!
