You should definitely go to a doctor or er if you can it looks like tragically a passed clot. Please get to a hospital so they can run tests and confirm anything

I wouldn’t assume it’s a miscarriage unless you have a positive pregnancy test. If the bleeding is severe, definitely go to the ER. Hope you feel better soon
