Baby acne or allergy?
What do you guys think? It sort of comes and goes but it’s quite bad today. 😥😥😥

My baby has the same, I think they are milk spots or baby acne and should clear up soon!
I was told baby acne by my health visitor. They’ve completely gone now. My LB was born on the 2nd of July. I also used the Baby Aveeno moisturiser, it’s helped I believe.
