I'm 35 weeks tomorrow and have honestly had a really easy pregnancy. Part of me feels lucky, but part of me kind of feels like a fraud for not having more symptoms and like I'm constantly expecting something to suddenly go wrong because I can't believe it being so easy.
I've got such a small bump that I could still probably have hidden being pregnant in certain outfits until a few weeks ago, but fundal measurements are all good and no concerns from midwife. I've had some symptoms that have been mildly uncomfortable at most but nothing compared to what some people seem to have to deal with! I still sleep through most nights without needing to get up to pee!
Just want to know if any one else is in the same boat as me - all I seem to hear is how people are so over being pregnant now and suffering with so many things and I haven't had any of it - I feel far too chilled out about everything š

I'm the same, I've been very grateful for how I've found it so far. obviously as I'm getting closer it's getting uncomfortable physically but just feeling blessed for everything leading up to this point!

My mum had 3 children and said itās the best/healthiest sheās ever felt on all 3 pregnancies, me on the other hand was sick the whole time! Youāre not a fraud youāre blessed, I hope you continue to have a positive pregnancy š«¶š»

Had my baby girl in April and had a similar experience, worked full time long 12 hour shifts right up to maternity leave at 36 weeks or so. Goodluck enjoy this time !

You know what they say about these kinds of pregnancies don't you š¤£š«¢

Not my experience, although not has an awful time either with either of my pregnancies.
But just to say donāt feel like a fraud! It can be oddly isolating when you feel like you are having an easier time then others (my case with my baby in the last time, we had a wonderful post partum with a doula and she was a āeasy babyā Bracing myself for number 2!)
There are all types of experience and the fact you are able to feel grateful is wonderful. Enjoy your last few weeks itās easier to let it slip by when itās not reminding you every few minutes through one discomfort or anotherā¦. suddenly itāll be over and those precious days of just you and your baby being inside and safe are gone and the heady days of early post partum are on you!

Not the same but I had a really rough first 20 weeks with sickness and fatigue and bleeding, so to be honest it feels like a dream now compared to that! 37 weeks now and can definitely say I feel better than first trimester š

Thanks, I feel better knowing other people have experienced similar! It's hard not to feel a bit guilty about having an easy ride! I feel like no one talks as much about finding it lovely as much as they like to complain about what they're suffering with š but yes, part of me is wondering if the payback will be when it comes to the delivery or what baby is like when she's here... š

Same here⦠Iāve felt exactly the same as before I was pregnant! Not a craving, any nausea or aches/pains⦠nothing! 38 weeks of feeling normal but with a bigger tummy š¤£š¤£

I was like this up until about 35 weeks, Iām now 36 weeks and I feel rubbish now. Cramps, canāt sleep, peeing constantly, sore and uncomfortable. Iām just grateful I have had such a smooth pregnancy and that this is only going to be for a few weeks. You might breeze through the last few weeks and be fine still. Iām still pretty chilled out, just feeling a bit fed up x
