How long does baby acne last?
My lg is 4.5 weeks and she’s had baby acne since about a week old! I’ve just been using cool boiled water twice a day but it isn’t touching the sides. How long does it last usually and is there anything else I can use? (Not breast milk as I’m not breastfeeding)

My baby has had it for weeks, breast milk and mustela water weren’t working so we tried the kokoso baby coconut oil. It’s clearing it up so fast!
we have the kokoso baby oil but was scared it would make it worse! Might try it then- thank you!
Following for advice as my baby boy’s had the same acne now for a while and only seems to be getting worse. I’ve been washing his face with warm water and that’s it. I also have the kokos oil but worried that would make it worse. I’m sure it’ll clear up on its own but if I can help it along that would be great!

Usually baby ache clears up by weeks 6-8. It's caused by hormones and using anything except water and breast milk can cause irritation and can make it worse.
Kokoso coconut oil worked a treat for my LG x
My baby had something very similar on her cheeks and necks and it turned out to be heat rash and went down with cool compress and when the weather got cooler.
It went away when the weather was cooler and has started to come back in the last day or so.
Has it definitely be diagnosed as baby acne?
