Maternity Pay - pregnant again
Hi,
I went back to work mid August after being on maternity leave for a year. I am now pregnant again and due end of April. I just assumed I would get my work’s maternity pay but now I’m not so sure?

Yes, you’re still eligible for maternity pay
Phew!
Check your work's parental leave policy, I think mine says you have to come back to work for at least 3 months to be eligible for another year maternity. You'll still get government SMP for sure
You are definitely eligible, I was pregnant with my son when my daughter was 6 months and I was still on maternity leave
