Is anyone suffering with this? I am getting really low pains, in my vagina area rather than my hips or stomach and from what good old Google suggests it would seem it’s PGP.
Seeing my midwife on Monday so will raise it with her as it’s only developed in the last 2 weeks but it’s so painful getting out bed and gets worse during the day the more I have been walking/moving around (which is by no means excessive!)
Would love any advise if anyone knows how to help ease it.

Yes I have it! I've had it since around 17 weeks and it's just getting worse!
Mine is mainly situated in my vagina I feel like I've got second degree cuts or burns it hurts to get in and out of bed, to roll over , the car. I've found I have good days and bad days and there's no saying what could flare it up! Unfortunately paracetamol isent helping me but it may help you! Resting helps but again certian positions can be painful! People have told me time and time to keep my knees together but during a flare up it makes it worse because i feel like I'm compressing my vagina so sit however your most comfortable even if people are saying otherwise!! I was reffered to physio but it was a group session so never made it with my anxiety but you can be given a pregnancy belt and later on crutches and possible sick note (if needed) I'm going off at 30 weeks (5 weeks time) as it is becoming really difficult now but I do work in nursery's! I've been told the only thing that will get rid of the pain when the baby is born

Sorry its not much help/advice but just know your not alone and your pain is very valid!!

Ive been having it for a month now!
It's just getting worse these days, I am 26 weeks, The consultant said take paracetamol or she could refer me to physiotherapy 😣
thank you, and sorry to hear you are suffering too it’s really not nice!
sorry to hear your suffering too, I’m just over 24 weeks and was really hoping to remain as active as I could with walking for the rest of the pregnancy and for my sanity but yeah it’s definitely getting worse!

I’ve also got this, so so painful to turn over in bed, get up and even walk around sometimes. Paracetamol is not helping really. I was going to speak to midwife about it on Thursday, feels like I’ve pulled a muscle right at the top of my inner thigh but the pain is next level!!

Omg yes!! Since about 13 ish weeks and I’m now 26!!!
I’m at my midwife tomorrow and hoping the referral has been put in for physio 🤞x

Hi, I have it too, I feel your pain. I’m currently waiting for a physio appointment but as it’s self referral, it might take a while!
Sorry to hear you’re suffering but you’re not alone xx

Hi, is physio covered by NHS or you pay? If you live in UK

I’ve had this since second trimester started and have been going physio once a month (covered by NHS). They gave me a belt to wear on and off whenever I’m walking. I have good and bad days but I find sleeping with a pillow in between my legs/knees really helps, when I change positions in bed I have to use my husband as a weight to turn myself. My physio advised some exercises like child’s pose and cat curl and advised my hubby to massage my upper thigh/bum on the sciatic/ sore parts every night with a gold ball. That really helps.
Hopefully you’ll get the help you need soon!

I have this and I also have a 13 month old to look after so I get no rest whatsoever! I’m 24 weeks pregnant and just feel like I can’t enjoy this pregnancy at all! But it’ll be worth it in the end 😂
