Egg replacement

My LB has a severe egg allergy, I have got an egg replacement however it is made with water and makes everything super soggy..I’ve tried to do French toast for example and it doesn’t work after all. Does anyone have any tips on how to make this work? I’ve pictured the one I have!!

I bought an egg replacer from Asda, I think it was called Oggs, it is a much better egg replacer I found as I could just add it in as it is.. might be worth a try x
