Opions my second son's father (my boyfriend) says it's only fair he claims the baby on his taxes since i claim my first son( not his bio son so he cant claim him) i feel as i should since i mainly do the taken care of them on top of working opinions

Claim him yourself. It just makes things 100% easier at the end of the day
That's what I'm saying yes he's his father n if anything I would agree to maybe doing 1 year me next him n so forward but he's been on my ass about letting him claim our son since I was pregnant with him n me I use that money for things for the house NEEDS as for him I'm scared to even let him when he gambled 3000 down the drain an wasn't even gonna tell me
Do not let him financially manipulate you. If you're main provider, you claim baby.
You claim baby! 50/50 is the only time you can claim one year and he claims the next but honestly it's just easier (especially with the government) to be the one to claim constantly regardless. If yall do split up its less headache and you wouldn't have to worry about child tax. No is a perfect answer and doesn't need much more said with it either
If you spend the most on child care, you should definitely claim your child.
