My midwife wouldn’t book me for one till I was past 40 weeks, but I’ve seen people on here getting them earlier x

I was offered from 39 weeks but it may differ depending on area

I’m booked in for one for 37 +4, but I’m getting induced at 38 weeks due to previous preclampsia and many other issues in this pregnancy. So I think it depends on circumstances x

I’ve just had one today at 38+6 x

My midwife wouldn’t do until I was 40 weeks

I've been offered one for the day after my due date. But I don't think I'm going to go ahead with it x

Do they do the sweep at your routine appointment at the drs surgery or book in for another time/at hospital?

Mine offered at 38 weeks. No reason for it just that’s when they offer in my area

I’ve been offered one at 39 weeks x

I got offered one for my due date

I’m 38+5 and wasn’t offered one today at my midwife appointment

Think it depends on the area/nhs trust.
I could ring the birth centre from 39 weeks and they did it there

I’ve seen my midwife today and my next appointment I’ll be 39 weeks and she said I’ll be offered it then x
