Wound..
6 months pp and had a little bit of pain, had a look and it had gone back to being smelly and red & potentially weeping???
Any ideas on what I can do to help this/prevent.

It may be from the summer heat, sweat and not drying out well? I had a spot on mine the other day that was red and irritated all around so I took the chance and put some diaper cream on it and it cleared up... and also used some athletic tape to pull the excess skin up and away for a couple days

Just concerned as I’ve had a rash all over my body for the last 4 days and a fever. Could this be signs of infection? 🫣
This sounds infected and similar to my experience. I’d get checked out to be sure

Get some antibiotics from the GP, keep it nice and clean and dry, use sterile gauze which you can purchase from the pharmacy and ask the GP for some medicated dressings such as inadine if suitable xxx
Oh with the fever and rash I would agree that you should call your doctor. Mine was just getting a bad heat rash and the cream helped with that but with a fever I would get it checked out.
