When should we stop kissing toddler on lips?
My daughter is almost two and a half and I’m always kissing her, I love her so much, I kiss her nose and her lips and cheeks. She’s so dang cute. But I’m noticing she’s kissing random things all the time and I think it’s because I often show her love and affection and kiss her 😂 when to stop kissing toddler on lips? Are you mamas still doing it? What age do you stop?

I will forever kiss my babygirl! I love her little kisses on the lips, some people find it weird but I think it’s the absolute sweetest thing ever!
It will be a gradual stop for you guys as she gets older. There's nothing wrong with it. And many cultures greet each other with 😚 kisses.
I have never been a mouth kisser but she is lol she has tried going for friends and other family members but we just explain kisses are just for mom, dad, and sister. She can give hugs or high-fives if she’d like but we shouldn’t kiss most people
I never kissed my kids on the lips. But my toddler kisses lots of things, his toys, boo boos, etc. He doesn’t actually put his mouth on them but more of an air kiss. I think kissing things is ok, but if you want her to stop, you can say “that is not clean so don’t kiss it, or maybe that kissing on the lips is only for mommy”, etc.
I never kiss my kids on the lips because of the risk of transferring bacteria or viral infections. I still give my toddler all the kisses but he usually squirms and runs away now😪 he will randomly come up and give me a hug and kiss which makes my day haha
