Second pregnancy symptoms are so much worse

Anyone else's gag reflex just horrible second pregnancy (or first)? Taking out the trash? 🤢 Touching raw chicken? 🤢 Blowing your nose? 🤢 Thinking about any of the above? 🤢

My gag reflux was definitely bad before getting pregnant but it has gotten worse. First pregnancy and I avoid things that make me gag

I know I'm super lucky that I don't struggle with the gag reflex, but it was worse than my first pregnancy. Also my taste buds are different?? Way more bland 🙃🙃

If I cough too hard I risk puking 🙃 also food has been sooooo hard the second trimester. I've lost 10 pounds and I'm 18+3. I've even had horrible aversions to WATER. Of all things!!!

@Elizabeth oh my gosh the coughing! I have really bad congestion since getting pregnant to and so the coughing that comes with that has me gagging everytime 🤢
