Is it possible to just put outfits in clothe bags and label bag rather labelling individual items?
Best way to label nappies and wipes?

Uno what.. me and my man spoke about this.
I cannot see how her clothes will go missing at nurseryy... like shes gonna get changed into her clothes in the changing room.. anf then the other clothes should get immediately bagged up.
I sharpied her shoes because they a popular shoe and someone may have them.
Her wipes and cream they sharpie them and keep them in her little draw there.

I put her spare clothes in mini simplyhuman swing liners and sharpie them spare clothes.
And i write an anal list of everything thats in her bag.
So i think it rly depends on the childs age. My kids 9 months old.

Maybe a 4yo may lose something cos they take their own stuff off
But i got no idea why i need label my 9 month olds clothes 🤣
How on earth is it getting lost

You'd be surprised!
I use https://www.nametags4u.co.uk for clothing stamps which mine has lasted 10 Yr now and I've bought another for my 15 month old
I have a discount code to offer others (I don't get any credits/money off for people using this its purely as I buy so much and asked them for a discount for people who ask)
Discount15 for 15% off

My daughter has just finished a 3 year stint at nursery and you’d be surprised how much goes missing!
I labelled all outerwear and jumpers (so coats, puddle suits, cardigans, jumpers, hats etc). As soon as your kid can independently take off a jacket or cardigan it will be flung to the 4 winds and the staff don’t always remember which kid was wearing what.
I don’t mind the sewing so I bought embroidered name tapes from Cashes Name Tapes and sewed them into everything. Just finished doing the same for all her school uniform this week!

Unfortunately due to the amount of children, plus mucky spills kids getting hot and taking stuff off plus staff not being able to leave to room to find named bag to put stuff in. Clothes will ALWAYS get mixed up and moved around... kids will be kids! Name everything. Even.if it's just a black biro on the white tag.. wellies, clothes, coat etc. Saves SO much hassle x

do they not wash off?

Stuff goes missing - we lost shoes (sent home with wrong child) and just one croc despite them all being labelled. We also accumulated a lot of extras which we immediately returned. Those clothes weren't named but by 2 my little boy could tell me who it all belonged to. Without a doubt, I'd label it all!

Label everything!! My boys labelled stuff gets mixed up with others ALL the time during messy play ect
(He’s 1)
No need to label nappies n wipes though
I use these! They’re amazing, removable and don’t come off in the wash https://amzn.eu/d/3LW8pER
