Tips on falling out of love with bd?
He only cares about his kids when me and him are on good terms and yet I still love him due to our history.
We’ve been broken up 4 months and yet I feel like I cheated when I joined hinge last week and quickly deleted it. I’m attached so bad and I just want to fall out of love now, especially if we can’t be together.
I need help on forgetting this man, I hate that I love him.

I’m going to be honest honey, a part of you will always love him a little bit, you need to give yourself time find away to give yourself some of that love wether it’s eating food you really love, getting your hair done or nails, do some self care n when you think about him try and redirect your thoughts with a show or activity eventually it’ll fade and not be as strong and you’ll finally be able to move on

I’ve been trying to distract myself but it’s late at night, when the babies are sleeping and I’m just in my thoughts, it all comes back 💔
when we had a break last year he had slept with another female and didn’t tell me. I had to find out from her while I was pregnant with his child.
I was really hurt because of who it was.
We broke up again because I couldn’t let go of what he did which meant we’d always argue about it. Now I’m blocked everywhere and he hasn’t seen his kids in a month
Okay, something to help ground you in self respect and snap you out of your feelings is to remember anyone who truly loved you or respected you would have never done that to you. It’s hard but you have to keep reminding yourself and in time you will be free from that.
I try to remember the disrespect and it does give me the ick tbh lol but then the feelings are still there deep down. Maybe time will heal all, thank you x
