Hello, I'm looking forward to seeing you all on Saturday. Eva has been unwell with cold/ cough and ear infection and only finishing her antibiotics tonight. I'm a little worried her immune system will be low so can I pls ask no one kisses her just in case you maybe have a cold or something but no symptoms yet.
Is there anything else I should say or add? Just don't wanna be a dick but obvs my daughter comes first.

Should add they are travelling 3 hours to meet us and we are going 2 hours south to an airbnb or I would have cancelled the trip all together.
You could say something like she’s very much looking forward to cuddles with you both.

"Can I ask no one kiss her in case you may have.." you don't need the be in maybe here. Like Emma said I'd probably add something on the end about her looking forward to all the cuddles she'd get instead
