Smelly?

I’ve seen my obgyn and been tested for any bacteria infection/yeast all came back negative but I smell so foul. I shower and not even and hour later I can smell myself thru my clothes. I wash with antibacterial soap unscented and I’m extremely clean since having a c-section a month ago it keeps reopening so being clean is my top priority.

Ah I had this issue. My hormones were fighting Good Bacteria and Bad Bacteria causing the foul smell, I got Metronidazole it's Bacterial Vaginosis just hasn't shown up
