Hey girls! I’m almost certain I have started my first period since having my baby I am 7 weeks postpartum and was anyone else extremely heavy? Sorry for tmi but I am going through pads like crazy and only on day 2

I got mine around 5 weeks and it was heavier than my postpartum bleed. Lasted about 8 days and was pretty heavy the whole time and then all of a sudden stopped. I'm now 10 weeks pp and I've got my second period and it seems a lot more like the ones before I got pregnant

so just the first one after is bad?

So far yes but I don't know if it's the same for everyone.

Anxious/depressed

My first pregnancy symptom was my anxiety out of nowhere. I feel like I'm a bundle of nerves and just so scared of everything. Is anyone else feeling similar? How are you managing? Are we contributing it to hormones?

Anxiety after birth

Amy mamas experience anxiety after birth gave birth yesterday March 18 and I am having an anxiety attack now out of nowhere it’s currently 11p.m hubby is asleep and I am feeding baby.😩
