Injections 💔

We had ours today - he cannot get comfortable, two doses of calpol in and it’s not helping

My little boy had his the other day, I had to make sure I was right on time with the calpol otherwise he’d cry a lot and also adjust how I was holding him so that I wasn’t accidentally touching where the injections were as his legs were so sore. He couldn’t go in house bounce chair or anything due to the straps for just over 24 hours and then he was more tolerant of things touching the area x

I’m giving her calpol but it just doesnt seem to be doing anything for her😢 she can’t get settle either it’s horrible 💔

yeah I keep making sure I’m holding her carefully and not touching her legs where the injections were! It’s just awful to see her so upset! I’m dreading the next ones already💔xx

Hiya. My little boy had his today as well. He took it better than the last ones, thankfully. In addition to what’s already been said about being timely with the infant calpol and being mindful of his sore legs, I found that a warm bath really helped as well. Oh and lots of cuddles too! 🤗
