Well I bought a ticket for my partner through opodo online, then he decided to cancel this trip. He found the number online which came through to alexa travel...I explained the guy that I bought the ticket through opodo, he said not a problem...and he can cancel for us, but in order we have to pay £120 to get a full refund in one month...he send edocumunt and asked us to sign, and I did it without reading, I trusted him...it turned out that trip was not canceled and when I went back to read edoc. It was saying nothing about cancellation, the scammer put it down as a reservation. I been sending them emails but obviously no reply. I raised a dispute, but bank said not enough evidence and because I signed it it means I agreed...I reported them to police, they are scammers, so many people were scammed.
