def lost mucus plug

so I def have lost my mucus plug. yesterday I had my prenatal appointment, I was 1 1/2cm dilated, 60% effaced, and I am 39 weeks tomorrow. I also got my membrane sweeped yesterday morning at 11am. since 8pm last night I've been experiencing cramping in my uterus every like 10-15 mins consistently but the pain is pretty constant. now that I've lost my plug...when can I expect to go into labor??

It’s my understanding that losing your plug doesn’t really mean labor is close, but the cramping every 10-15 minute probably does. You could be in early labor, which can last for a week or more or less time! I’d say established labor is a few days away :) rest while you can.
