My favourite book was Your Baby, Your Birth by Hollie De Cruz. Obviously it's not free but it's way cheaper to just buy the one book. It's also great as an audiobook and they both come with some Hypnobirthing mp3s which I thought were awesome. I used it alongside The Positive Birth Book by Milli Hill which I think is an absolute must for no-nonsense, empowering information about birth and all your choices.

There are plenty of free resources on Instagram too, I'll post names of a few I found helpful and positive below.

And for info, support, and advice on infant feeding and breastfeeding, I found Olivia Lactation Consultant and Insta amazing. She had a book coming out and a cheap course that helps ☺️
