EBF MOMMAS

Hey mamas! I need help. i have been 90/10 ebf throughout babies first year and only used formula when we went out and she drank from a bottle (didn’t have good pump supply, she would hybrid drink) but towards the end of her first year i messed up and just stopped giving her the bottle as much and now she’s super attached to bf and i want to stop. We have tried giving whole milk but she does not like it one bit. I have been blessed with going the full year but i have been stressed over how much it takes of me and i have another 2 yr old as well, so it’d be nice to just give bottles for naps/bedtime and not have to be the sole parent to put her to sleep because she wants to breastfeed. Please help 😭

Just give it a try. My son prefers to bf to sleep, but his dad has the magic touch. Even without milk, his strong chest, and what I assume are some very boring stories, knock our boy out in 15 minutes or less. It saves me 2 hours of nonsense per night. If it doesn't work now, try again once every month or so. It's worth it!

Try hand expression and manual pumps it takes time but I usually get the most that way. My baby takes a sippy cup so I starting putting milk there and recently when empty giving water as I was ebf at night it took about a week but my 1yr is off at night only working on getting fully off but one step at a time

Straw cup with water? You can always just let daddy do bedtime one day a week and let him figure out his own way.

she does take sippy cups but when it’s time to sleep nap or bed she throws a scream match and throws everything we give to her 😭

Ms Rachel ??

How many of you are putting ms Rachel on??? I’ve just introduced it to my 8 month old and it’s like sorcery. I feel so guilty putting it on because LO don’t take his eyes off the screen, but it’s the only way I’m getting 20/30 minutes during Velcro baby stage. I’ll put it on twice a day for up to 30 mins at a time, the rest of the time we’re out the house, playing with toys or he’s with me doing jobs around the house. Should I even feel guilty?😩

Thoughts on this pram?

I’m 18 weeks pregnant and thinking of prams to get my baby. I saw this on Amazon and it seems affordable, plus the reviews are very positive about the quality of the product. Are there any mamas in the group that got this specific model? If so, how did you find it?

Moving while asleep

My 12 week old has been sleeping through the night (8 hours) for the last week and a half and since the 3rd or 4th night he's been wriggling his way to the other end of his crib to the point where his head is cocked to the side
He seems fine but it looks uncomfortable and ive always been told he needs to have his feet touching the bottom of his bed and if I move him back he wakes up.
Has anyone else experienced this? Did you leave it? Are there any potential issues if I do leave it?

5 am wake up🫩🥱

My 3 year old … lately has been waking at 5am 😭
I’m exhausted!

He winds down half an hour before bed - we get ready for bed, each of us read a book each, kisses and cuddles, a drink of water and up to bed. He goes down easy, I sit for 2 minutes literally and he’ll self sooth himself to sleep by 7:30pm he’s out! But the past 3 days he’s been waking and coming into my bed at 5am … me thinking he’ll go sleep he’ll just toss and turn and wants to go down…

Anyone in the same boat?
