Nap Sleep Training Advice Needed

My 4 month old sleeps through the night with no problem, but when it comes to naps, he tends to be more needy and I usually have to rock him to sleep every time. Any Mommas out there have advice for how to nap sleep train? I love for him to start putting himself to sleep in his crib for naps on his own. Any advice or steps you may have is greatly helpful and appreciated! Thank you!

I rock and sing You Are My Sunshine to my little boy and once I see that his eyes have gone heavy I pop him into his cot, give him a few pats and carry on singing to him and within minutes he's asleep. My little boy is 9 months and being honest I can't see him getting himself to sleep any time soon but I'm cherishing the time of putting him to sleep as one day he won't want/need me to get him to sleep anymore

I still rock my 11 month old to sleep for naps, but honestly I don't mind at all, because as long as I hit the sweet spot for sleep, she'll go down within 5 minutes so it takes no time out of my day at all, and she'll reliably nap for at least 40. She also prefers the crib over contact napping. I don't see the need to change it. One day she'll sleep on her own, and rocking her is the only time I really get for cuddles. 😅

Side note: my husband also sings You Are My Sunshine to our little girl! The Dead South does a really good rendition of it. 😄

Loving all these suggestions! Appreciate you all! ❤️❤️❤️ I love rocking my boy to sleep, I just have to get back to working from home soon & wonder how it will work while working but he’ll be another month older when that happens (5 months) so I’m hoping his wake window naps by then will improve in their own. Even if I just keep doing the same thing 🤷🏻‍♀️🤞

Blood in baby’s poo

Ladies, I’ve just changed my baby and noticed some blood on his poo and on the diaper. The poo was quite soft, not pebbly and he wasnt straining or anything like that. Anyone had anything like this before? What is it? Shall i call the GP?

Help

Hi mamas! Has anyone dealt with their baby’s hair clumping at the back of their head? I tried baby oil to loosen it but no luck so far. Any advice?

Struggling

My baby’s 5 weeks old and I am really struggling. I knew it would be hard but it’s so much harder in reality. She won’t be put down without waking up after 5 minutes. Won’t be put down at night either. I can’t do anything without doing it one handed holding her. Every night she spends hours being stressed and crying and really difficult to console, fighting sleep and nothing I do seems to help her for more than 30 seconds. I’m just putting this out there wondering if others are going through the same. It’s a lot.

How many oz?

I’m trying to switch my EBF baby over to bottles of formula/pumped milk.
How many oz is everyone’s 5M old having?
I can hardly get her to have 4oz sometimes lucky if it’s 3oz😢🫠
Just feel like it should more?
She used to BF every 1/1-.5hrs day and night so feel like she’s a snacker also?
